6. Maintenance
6.1. General maintenance information
Also follow the maintenance information of our used co-manufactured parts (e.g.
engine, clutch, crane etc.).
Use only original or manufacture released spare parts.
Basically the following maintenance work has to be done:
1. Follow the maintenance information about the hydraulic roller drive.
2. Check the bolts of the Taper-Lock/Clampex after a short time of operation.
3. Check all screw couplings after 5 hours of working, retighten if necessary.
4. For machines with slew ring: Check the greasing of the slew ring regularly and
re-grease if necessary. Avoid dry run.
5. The woodchipper should be serviced after the first 50 hours of working after the
first service every 100 hours of working but at least every half a year.
6. For self-propelled machines: Shorten the maintenance and cleaning range
when working under dusty conditions especially for the air filters and radiators.
7. Clean up the motor, motor parts and motor compartment regularly.
8. The maintenance of the motor has to follow the motor manual.
