4-16. Replacement and adjustment of pad size sensor and BGA sensor
Remove the S saucer (A) (loosen five screws).
Remove the carriage section from the linear rail after loosening four screws at B.
Remove the belt from the carriage section after loosening two screws at C.
Remove the pad block (E).
After loosening the D screws (six sems screws and two countersunk screws), replace the
sensors.
At the same time, replace and , and and , which make a set for each pair.
Assemble in the reverse procedure, and make confirmation as described below before mounting
the S saucer (A).
Check and confirm that no offset is found between the picking pad on L-side and R-side of the
shuttle and the picking pad X-axis head. If any offset is found, loosen B screw and make
adjustment, and then mount the S saucer (A).

BGA clamp release L (part No.: 40045153)
Pad R size ON: Large (part No.: 40045156)
BGA clamp release R (part No.: 40045156)
