9-20. XY adjustment
The lengths (offset), such as the shuttle position and tray reference position measured from the X
home position sensor, the tray reference position from the Y home position sensor, and the
distance between the suction head and teaching spot, are all measured and saved in the
nonvolatile memory.
Also, necessary operations are conducted for the adjustment of the tray storage position (push-in
position).
Starting XY adjustment
Select 19. XY ADJin the menu.
Adjusting tray storage position
The Y holder moves to the tray storage position.
The Y sensor dog (C) is adjusted to set the space to 0.6-0.8 between the Y holders bearing
(A) and the tray base (B).
Moving the Y sensor dog (C) to the direction “a” makes the space larger and to the direction
“b” makes the space smaller.
Press button to set back the Y holder and button to move it to the tray storage position.
Use and buttons to move the Y holder and check the position.
Press the ENTER button to adjust H.P offset (shuttle position).
