6-7. Replacement and adjustment of transfer drive belt
Detach the C cover B6S and the C cover A6S.
Remove the motor BR and replace the belt .
When the replacement is finished, execute belt tension adjustment so that the following value will
be achieved.
P = 2.94N (300g), deflection = 1 mm
If an acoustic belt tension meter is used:
Unit weight: 0.00245 N/cm

Belt width: 9 mm
Span length: 81 mm
Belt tension: 44N (4.5 kgf)
