5-4. Replacement of Y-axis motor
Adjust the width of conveyor rails to the minimum, and then remove the Y cover.
Remove Y rail base A (A) using the screw (B).
Remove the motor bracket (C) using the D screw.
Using the screw (E), remove the motor and replace the pulley (F).
Make adjustment so that the gap between the pulley (F) and the motor will be 6 mm.
When the replacement is finished, adjust the belt tension.
