7-6. Replacement of head cylinder
Remove the cylinder plates L (A) and R (B) from the cylinder (one nut and one screw).
Remove the cylinder and replace.
When the replacement is finished, make adjustment of the head sensor.
Further, execute individual actions using the head of test mode, and the action time of “UP” and
“DOWN” will appear on the operation panel.
Adjust the speed controller so that UP/DOWN of heads L and R will become as follows:
Head L UP: 197±10msec DOWN: 133±10msec
Head R UP: 158±10msec DOWN: 172±10msec
 Free-mount cylinder head L (part No.: PA0603004A0)
 Free-mount cylinder head R (part No.: PA0603004A0)

Affix the following parts:
CL stopper (E2064723000)
CL stopper tape (E2065723000)
