• Adjust over-temperature safety device below the flash point of
the bath fluid.
• Consider the restricted working temperature range if you are
using plastic bath tanks.
• Monitor the heat expansion of the bath oils as the bath
temperature rises.
• Prevent water getting into hot bath oils.
• Use suitable tubing.
• Secure the tubing connections to prevent them sliding off.
• Do not bend the bath fluid tubing.
• Check the hoses at regular intervals for signs of material fatigue
(for example cracking).
• Do not drain the bath fluid when it is hot.
• Check the temperature of the bath fluid before draining it, for
example by switching on the unit briefly.
• Switch off the unit and pull the plug before moving the unit or
carrying out service or repair work.
• Have all service and repair work carried out by authorized
specialists only.
• Switch off the unit and disconnect it from the power supply
before cleaning it.
• Drain the unit completely before transporting it.
