Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 12.1X48 for PTX Series Packet Transport
routers.
Description Set the number of samples following the initial trigger event. The configuration enables
you to sample packets following those already being sampled.
NOTE: The run-length statement is not supported when you configure inline
flow monitoring (by including the inline-jflow statement at the [edit
forwarding-options sampling instance instance-name family (inet | inet6) output]
hierarchy level).
Options number—Number of samples.
Range: 0 through 20
Default: 0
