Flashing red slowly
The firmware update process failed.
1. Unplug the power cables from both speakers.
2. Wait approximately 60 seconds.
3. Plug the power cables back to both speakers.
4. Perform the rmware update again on the KEF
Control app.
If the problem persists, please send a log from
the KEF Control app (Settings > Send Logs &
Feedback) or contact support@kef.com.

Flashing red quickly
System error.
1. Pull the power cables from both speakers.
2. Wait approximately 60 seconds.
3. Plug the power cables back to both speakers.
4. The LED indicator of the Master Speaker
should be slowly ashing orange, indicating that
the speakers are attempting to connect to the
network.
If the problem persists, please contact your KEF
dealer.

Flashing white, blue,
purple and yellow
The firmware is being updated. Do not unplug
the power cables until the firmware update is
completed. If you encounter any issues during the
firmware update, do not interrupt the process
and contact your local representative or contact
your local KEF dealer.
