The specifications of the ASU are guaranteed while it is connected to the exclusive
SMU which is connected together when the calibration is performed. Confirm the
serial number of the ASU, and connect it properly.
NOTE
Connection path control
Disable source output of the instruments connected to the ASU inputs before
controlling the ASU connection path.
