HPSMU - High Power SMU
This section describes typical specification of the high power source/monitor unit
(HPSMU). Maximum four modules can be installed in one mainframe.
• Maximum voltage, current, output power: ± 200 V, ± 1 A, 20 W
• Minimum range: 2 V, 1 nA
• Output/measurement value and resolution: see Table 2-1 to Table 2-4.
