Application description:
Measures Ic-Vce characteristics. SMU pulse is used for both the Collector-Emitter
voltage output and the base current drive.
One of the features of Tracer Test mode is the interactive sweep control functional-
ity using the rotary knob of the B1505A. It can control the sweep voltage or current
while the measurement is repeatedly performed by continuously changing the maxi-
mum sweep value by using the rotary knob.
A. Measurement Procedure: IC-VCE TT Tracer Test
Setup and execute the test by following the next steps. Step 1. Click Tracer Test
from the EasyEXPERT Test menu on the left-upper side of the display as shown fig-
ure 3-30.
Tips: To open the Tracer Test setups, you have to open the Tracer Test page
first.
