5 Read the “current” average voltage value as V1.
6 Use the BNC tee and cables to connect the oscilloscope calibrator /power
supply to both the oscilloscope and the multimeter (see Figure 3).

7 Adjust the output so that the multimeter reading displays the first Volts/div
calibrator setting value in Table 8 or Table 9 (depending on the oscilloscope
model).
8 Disconnect the multimeter.
