Quad-Adapter Connections
The quad-adapter connections can only by made on N7744C and N7745C
power meters. The quad-adapter do not make contact to the fiber
connector faces and can be used with either angled or straight polished
connectors.

When using bare fiber connections to power meters, the length of fiber
extending from the fiber holder must be carefully adjusted to avoid
scratching the power meter optics.
Before you attach a quad-adapter or fiber, you should make sure they are
clean. This is important for accurate measurements. The fibers do not
contact the optical inputs (all contact with the optical inputs should be
avoided). Usually the only cleaning necessary for the optical inputs is the
gentle removal of dust with pressurized, dry air.
