Channel Scanner Option Subsystem
The Channel Scanner Option Subsystem provides you the
SCPI command reference for the channel scanner function.
Use the command :INSTrument SA, and command
:INSTrument:MEASure CHScanner to access this
subsystem.
Option SCN is required to enable the channel scanner
function.
Channel Scanner SWEep Subsection
Sweep Mode
:CHSCanner:SWEep:MODE LIST|TOP|BOTtom
:CHSCanner:SWEep:MODE?
Toggles the channel scanner sweep mode between List mode,
Top N mode and Bottom N mode.
Range: LIST, TOP, BOTtom
Example: :CHSCanner:SWEep:MODE LIST
Key access: Meas > Channel Scanner > Scan Mode
Top N Number
:CHSCanner:SWEep:TOP <value>
:CHSCanner:SWEep:TOP?
This command specify the scanning channel number of Top
N mode. Need to switch to Top N sweep mode before using
this command.
Range: 1 to 20
Example: :CHSCanner:SWEep:TOP 10
Key access: Meas > Channel Scanner > Scan Mode > Top N
