SEATS
WARNING!
e Do not adjust the driver's seat
while the vehicle is in motion.
Doing so could cause loss of
control, an accident, and per-
sonal injury.
e Do not allow packages or other
objects to Interfere with the nor-
mal position of a seat back. A
seat back that is folded forward
even slightly may not lock prop-
erly during a sudden stop or a
collision.

Seat-slide lever

SEAT-SLIDE
To move the front seat forward or back-
ward, lift and hold up the seat slide lever.
Slide the seat to the desired position, and
release the lever.
CAUTION
Place nothing under a seat. Loose
objects might interfere with the seat-
slide mechanism.
Seat reclining lever

SEAT RECLINER
To change the seat-back angle. lean for-
ward slightly and raise the lever. Then
lean back or forward to the desired angle
and release the lever. After adjustment,
make sure the lever is returned to its origi-
nal position; otherwise, the seat back
could unlatch while the vehicle is in
motion, causing the driver to lose control
of the vehicle.
