ON --light on when hatchback lid is open.
Hatchback Luggage
Compartment Cover
[ARNING!
Do not place any items on the
cover, as they may obscure
vision and could become dan-
gerous projectiles in the event
of a sudden stop or collision.
The cover must be securely
engaged to the rear seat back to
ensure that the cover does not
become detached in an
accident, possibly causing
Injury.
When the hatchback is opened, the lug-
gage compartment cover can be lifted up
by the cords for easy access to the lug-
gage area.
For additional luggage space, the cover
can be removed.
To remove the cover:
1. Unfasten the cords from the
hatchback.
2. As shown in the illustration, pull and
remove the cover.
