4. To remove the meat probe jack:
a) Remove the nut from the meat probe
jack.

b) Remove the oven from its mounting
location (see “Installation Information”
in Section 2) and pull it forward so that
you can access the meat probe jack
access cover on the right side of the
oven.

c) Use a pair of side-cutters and cut the meat
probe jack access cover from the right
side cover (see the top right photo).

d) Remove the meat probe jack from the
right side cover.
e) Disconnect the wires from the meat
probe jack terminals. NOTE: Make sure
that you reinstall the star washer on the
new jack when you install it.

f) Mount the meat probe jack access cover
to the side cover with two screws.
