6.2.2.4: CUR adjustment
By default, the motor comes from the supplier at 2.8 amps. At higher speed, this following step will help
having additional torque on the driving belt. It is recommended to apply those setting only on the
driving belt motors.
The drive can be adjusted to 2 amps:
1. Wire the new stepper drive to the power supply and leave it detached from the motor;
2. Make sure switch 1 are OFF, that will allow the multimeter to mesure DC voltage;
3. Use a multimeter set to voltage to probe negative and positive as shown and adjust to 2 volts
with a small screwdriver;
4. Flick the switch 1 to ON.
5. Powercycle the drive to see the change take effect.
6.2.2.5: Troubleshooting
Problem: One of the driving stepper motor is turning the wrong way.
Most of the time, it is the relay CR-1 is defect or it does not receive the signal.
