when ［Check Wire］was
displayed.
［Wire Sensor］is enabled
(ON) and has detected that
the wire has run out.
If you use ［Wire Sensor］, refer P.9-⑮
and adjust left side roller gap properly.
If you don’t want to use ［Wire Sensor］,
disable (OFF) ［Wire Sensor］.
13) Even if press the
[START] key, the
screen does not
precede
There is a setting error on
the 《Motion》 screen.
Optional devices are not
connected properly.
The return-to-origin
operation of the optional
device has not been
completed.
If [SLITTER] and [CASY637A] on the
《Motion》 screen were enabled (ON)
due to a setting error, disable them
(OFF).
If you are connecting an optional
device, check that the connection
harness is properly connected to the
device's power source and main unit.
If you touch [Motion] on the 《Motion》
screen, and then touch the left side
under [Initialize] to initialize (P.13-⑫),
unnecessary settings will be initialized,
so you should set them again and
check the operation.
※ When the causes are not clear, make each speed slow on the ［Machine Adj］ screen(P.23) and try
to process.
Also, if you slow down the speed on the [Mechanical Adj] screen (P.23-⑬), it will advance frame
by frame, making it easier to check the situation.
