8)The core wire is cut.
Isn’t the numerical value for
Core Diameter too small
Isn’t the inner diameter of
the guide pipe too large for
the wire diameter? (The
pipe don’t guide the wire at
the blade center.)
Doesn’t the insulation waste
remain on the blade and cuts
the material wire at the
same time?
Increase the numerical values for
Core Diameter.
Use a guide pipe that fits the wire.
Use the half strip processing.
Strengthen the insulation waste
removal air pressure.
Use the Cut after strip mode.
Cutting process is added just after
strip processing, the insulation waste
will be easy to fall.
10)The material wire isn’t
fed properly, and
jamming occurs.
Doesn’t the material wire hit
the blade and get stuck?
If the guide pipe larger for the material
wire diameter, the wire is not guided
between upper ad lower blades, and
get hit to blades, and is not gone
proceed properly.
Use a guide pipe that is 1mm larger
than the wire diameter.
Or use Thick Wiremode.(See P.9-)
Does the material wire get
stuck in the guide pipe?
Isn’t the guide pipe bending
extremely?
(It doesn’t guide the wire to
the blade center.)
If the guide pipe inner diameter is
thinner for the material wire
thickness, replace it more thicker one.
When selecting the guide pipe,
consider crashing, bending of the
wire, etc.
A normal guide pipe has a gently curve
to the center of the blade.
If a guide pipe gets extremely curved
due to falling or impact, please fix or
replace that.
11)The touch panel
responds to a different
part of the touch panel
Touch panel response is
misaligned.
If you turn on the power switch while
holding down the STOPkey, the

Please touch the key on the screen.
If it doesn’t improve by this operation,
it has a possibility that the touch panel
