  If the pump on your Komatsu Trucks will not build pressure, here's what might be happening: * Air may be trapped in the lubricant supply line: Prime the system to remove the trapped air. * The lubricant supply line may be leaking: Check the lines and connections to repair any leakage. * The vent valve may be leaking: Clean or replace the vent valve. * The pump may be worn or scored: Repair or replace the pump assembly. Refer to the Service manual for rebuild instructions.
