Q4: Have inserted the TF card in camera, but the App reminds that
“Can’t detect the TF card” or “No TF card”?
A: Situation 1: It may be out of camera’s WiFi signal range. Please
make sure you’re in the 10ft effective distance. If not, go to your car and
connect it again. Situation 2: If you’re already in the WiFi signal range,
please try to record a video on camera. If the camera can record video,
it should be an APP ISSUE. Please use/update the latest version of
Roadcam App, or CONTACT US to get an available version of App to
resolve problem. Situation 3: If the camera CAN'T record normally, it
may be a TF card issue. Please replace a new TF card, format it via
camera, and then try to record videos again. If it can record this time, it
MUST be a TF card issue.

Q5: It is slow to download a video?
A: This camera’s WiFi has NO Internet function. When we download a
video via the App, the camera’s WiFi works the same way as Bluetooth
that it transfers video from one device(dash cam) to another(phone). So
its download speed won't be as fast as the speed that we download
video with Internet, which needs to wait a longer time to finish. According
to a test on iPhone 13 and android device. When we download a 181MB
video, it needs about 90s for android and 95s for iPhone 13 to finish. It is
a standard speed for most of the dash cams that has WiFi and App. The
larger videos may need longer time to do it.
Q6: IOS gets stuck with a loading symbol, or Android device has no
response after tapping to download video?
A: Please check whether video can be downloaded finally. Situation
1: If you can download it, but it just takes a longer time to do that. It is a
normal phenomenon. For IOS devices, a Download Video icon will
always show on the App during download. For some Android devices or
some version of App, it has no any symbols to remind you that video is
downloading, but it will remind you if you’re trying to exit the page. So it
doesn’t get stuck or no response, but need more time to download(See
Q5). Situation 2: If the video CANNOT be downloaded finally, please
