Disconnect the Camera WiFi to connect car’s WiFi/phone’s Internet,
then you can view the download video/image in “album” on the App, or
you can find it in your phone’s Gallery.
5 FAQ on WiFi and “Roadcam” App
Q1: CANNOT see the camera’s WiFi name(WiFi SSID) in your
phone’s available network?
A: Make sure you have turned ON the camera’s WiFi. If not, long
press (UP) Button in Video Mode to turn on camera WiFi, and then
pair your phone with it. If you have already turned on camera WiFi, exit
your phone’s Settings, then access the phone Settings again to WLAN
page and refresh the available WLAN to find the camera’s WiFi to join it.

Q2: It always reminds you to connect the camera wifi when you are
trying to use the Roadcam App?
A: Check whether your phone is connected to the correct camera
WiFi. If Not, please go to your phone’s Settings to join the camera WiFi.

Q3: After joining camera WiFi, a "Confirm connection" that "the
WLAN can not access the Internet and there are other WLAN
networks can be connected normally, do you want to switch?",
"Cannot connect to the network", etc. pops up?
A: The camera's WiFi has NO Internet. After connecting the camera
WiFi, your phone other apps will lose the Internet. If you want to
view/manage footage via the “Roadcam” App, please keep connecting
the camera WiFi. Otherwise, the “Roadcam” App won’t work normally
and may remind you to connect the camera WiFi.
Q4: Phone App can’t connect to the camera WiFi?
A: Firstly, please make sure you are in the10ft camera's wifi signal
range and there are NO obstructions between them. It is recommended
to connect the app to camera wifi in your car or near your car. If you are
out of the 10ft signal range, the App can't connect to camera properly.
