The upper twines are guided out of the twine box (1) through the twine guide eyes and twine
brake to the stepped pulley (3). The two lower twines are guided from the twine brake directly to
the twine run (6). From there they are routed through the twine run (6) between the rubber roller
(7) and the pressure roller (5) to the area of the blade for twine and net (8).
At the start of a wrapping process the rubber roller (7) is powered and conveys the twine into
the area of the front net roller and then via the rear net roller to the rotating round bale. The
twine run (6) guides the four twines from one side to the other side and from one round bale to
another in turn.
A sensor on the twine tying reports when the wrapping process is complete. The twine is cut off
and the wrapping process is complete.
