Preparatory work
– Lift the motorcycle with the rear lifting gear. ( p. 89)
– Disassemble the main silencer. ( p. 94)

Remove the inside locking wire

– Have an assistant operate the rear brake.

Release nut
and remove with washer
and taper ring
