e Forte contains Kurzweil’s acclaimed eects processor, and when combined with Multi
Mode it puts the power of an entire studio of audio eects at your ngertips. is section
contains everything you’ll need to know in order to use the Forte’s eects in Multi Mode.

Use the Enable parameter to enable or disable the Insert eects Chain of the Program in each
MIDI channel. (e MIDI channel for each Zone can be set on the Zone Main page.) Each
MIDI channel can be set to Y to enable Insert eects, or to N to disable Insert eects. Use
the Alpha Wheel or Value buttons to change between Y and N. Some MIDI channels set to
Y may be displayed as (Y). is means that there are not enough eects resources available
for that channel, and that channel’s Insert eects are not loaded. If you want to use the Insert
eects Chain for a channel displayed as (Y), try setting other channels to N.
