Reporting FAX Receipt Result by E-mail
Fax receipt can also be notified by e-mail instead of checking
the receipt result report.
NOTE: This setting is displayed when the FAX RX Result
Report setting is [On] or [Error/SubAddress]. For details,
refer to FAX RX Result Reports on page 5-6.
Fax receipt results are reported by e-mail according to the
settings of FAX RX Result Report. If the FAX RX Result
Report setting is [On], E-mail notification is provided for every
fax. If the setting is [Error/SubAddress], E-mail notification is
only provided when an error occurs or the received original is
forwarded to other faxes, computers, and Sub Address
Boxes.
1 Press the System Menu/Counter key.
2 Press the  or  key to select [Report].
3 Press the OK key.
4 Press the  or  key to select [Result Rpt Set.].
5 Press the OK key.
6 Press the  or  key to select [FAX RX Result].
7 Press the OK key.
8 Press the  or  key to select [On] or [Error/
SubAddress].
9 Press the OK key.
10 Press the  or  key to select [E-mail].
11 Press the OK key.

1 Press the  or  key to select [Address Book].
2 Press the OK key.
3 Press the  or  key to select the destination you
want to register as the report destination.
