Select Key Set
If you register a function to the Left Select key or Right Select key, you can quickly set the function when using fax
functions.
You can register one of the following functions to each key.
•None
•Original Size
• Original Image
• FAX Resolution
• Orig.Orientation
• Continuous Scan
• File Name Entry
• JobFinish Notice
• FAX Delayed TX
• FAX Direct TX
• FAX RX Polling
•Density
•Duplex
1 Press the System Menu/Counter key.
2 Press the or key to select [FAX].
3 Press the OK key.
4 Press the or key to select [Select Key Set.].
5 Press the OK key.
6 Press the or key to select [Left] or [Right].
7 Press the OK key.
8 Press the or key to select the function you want to
register to the flexible key.
9 Press the OK key.
IMPORTANT: f you try to set the function that is registered to
the other flexible key, you cannot set it and This function is
already registered. is displayed.
