The list is printed from the printing system’s operation panel.
Note: The actual key operation may differ depending on the model.

At the printing system’s operation panel, press the MENU key. 1

Press the S or T key repeatedly until e-MPS > is displayed. 2

Press the X key to open the submenu. 3

Press the S or T key repeatedly until >List of VMB appears. 4
This menu is not displayed if all virtual mailboxes are empty.

Press the ENTER key. A blinking question mark [ ? ] appears. 5

Press the ENTER key again. The list will be printed. 6
The job list information shows the number of saved jobs, number of pages, size, and
other specific details for each virtual mailbox. The symbol
to the left of a virtual
mailbox indicates jobs in the mailbox.
