The FR-684AV Audio/Video DA mounting frame requires 2 units of rack space:
3½ in. (88 mm) high × 19 in. (483 mm) wide × 12½ in. (317 mm) deep.
The FR-684AV accepts up to five 680 series video distribution amplifiers and
up to five 880 series audio distribution amplifiers. This frame is equipped with a
switchable 684PS power supply that requires either 90–135 VAC or 190–265
VAC input voltages, which is switchable) on 50/60 Hz frequency rated at 35 VA
Max. Please refer to “PS-684 Power Supply” on page 6 for more information.
Frame Cooling
The equipment is designed to designed to operate in an ambient temperature
range of 32° F to 122° F (0° C to +50° C). No special provisions for cooling are
necessary, but you should take steps to prevent excessive heat rise in closed,
unventilated equipment racks.
Note
The FR-684AV has a prewired
option for an additional
redundant 684PS power supply,
if required.
