The VEA-684 is a high performance, high reliability, and full-featured
equalizing video distribution amplifier. This distribution amplifier provides a
jumper-selectable input-coupling mode between DC and AC coupling. It has
hard and soft clamping capability to the composite NTSC and PAL video signal.
The VEA-684 is equipped with a continuously variable equalization for coaxial
cable. The VEA-684 also features one differential input, eight outputs, gain
adjusting with a range of –3.0dB to +3.0 dB and high frequency response
adjustment on the front edge of the board.
VEA-684 also can compensate various type cables using different EQ network
submodules installed in the main module.
