itautomatically.
Conguringthewirelessnetworkdisconnectpolicy
Togetlongerbatterylife,manageyourwirelessconnectionsmorereasonablybyconguringthewireless
networkdisconnectpolicy.
Tocongurethewirelessnetworkdisconnectpolicy,dothefollowing:
1.OpenAndroidSettingsandtouchWi-Fi
2.Touchthemenuicon,andthentouchAdvanced.
3.TouchWirelessEnhancedSettings.Thefollowingoptionsaredisplayed.Touchtoenablethefunction
ortofurthercongurethesetting.
•TurnoffWi-Fiwhendisplayisoff
Whenenabled,theWi-Ficonnectionwillbedisabledafterthescreenislocked.Youcansetwhen
Wi-FiwillbeturnedoffafterthescreenislockedbytouchingSetminutes.
•NeverturnoffWi-Fiwhenconnecttothespecied[SSID]
Whenenabled,eveniftherstoptionTurnoffWi-Fiwhendisplayisoffisenabled,theconnection
tothespeciedSSIDwillnotbeturnedoffafterthescreenislocked.
•TurnoffWi-Fionschedule
Choosethisoptiontosetupascheduletoturnoffthewirelessconnection.Forexample,youcanset
thescheduletoturnoffWi-Fifrom11:30amto2:00pmeveryworkday.
Notes:
–Whenusingthisoption,donotconguretheschedulefromthecurrentday.Otherwise,thetablet
willturnoffimmediatelydisregardingthetimeschedule.
–YoucannotturnonWi-FiduringthescheduledWi-Fiofftime.
UsingtheGPSsatellitereceiver
Yourtablethasaglobalpositioningsystem(GPS)satellitereceiverthatenablesyoutopinpointyourlocation
downtothestreetlevel.Uselocation-basedapplicationssuchasGoogleMapstondyourcurrentlocation,
getdirectionstoyourdestination,andndotherlocation-basedinformation.
ToenabletheGPSsatellitereceiver,dothefollowing:
1.OpenAndroidSettingsandtouchLocationservices.
2.TouchGPSsatellitestoenableit.
Note:Forlongerbatterylife,disabletheGPSsatellitereceiverwhennotinuse.
