YourtabletprovidessupportforsecureaccesstocorporatenetworksandMicrosoftExchange.Additionally,
anumberofbusiness-relatedapplicationsarepreinstalledtohelpyouworkwithandmanageyour
work-relateddocuments.
Note:UsingyourtabletinyourcompanymightrequireadditionalsettingsorcongurationsfromyourIT
administrator.ContactyourITadministratorformoreinformation.
SettingupMicrosoftExchangeaccounts
MicrosoftExchangeisane-mail-basedcollaborativecommunicationserviceprovidedbyMicrosoft.Set
upaMicrosoftExchangeaccounttoconnectwithyourcompany’se-mailaccountsoyoucanuseyour
tabletforwork.
TosetupaMicrosoftExchangeaccount,dothefollowing:
1.OpenAndroidSettingsandtouchAccounts&sync➙Addaccount➙Corporate.
2.Entertherequiredinformationandfollowtheinstructionsonthescreentosetupyouraccount.
Note:TousetheMicrosoftExchangeaccount,yourcompany’sITadministratormightneedtosetadditional
securitypoliciesfortheaccount.ContactyourITadministratorformoreinformation.
Accessingyourcompany’sVPN
Avirtualprivatenetwork(VPN)providesaccesstotheresourcesinsideasecuredlocalnetwork,suchas
thenetworkofyourcompany.
Toaccessyourcompany’sVPN,dothefollowing:
1.ObtainthedetailedVPNsettingsfromyourcompany’snetworkadministrator.
2.OpenAndroidSettingsandtouchMore...➙VPN➙AddVPNnetwork.
3.Onthescreenthatopens,followtheinstructionsfromyournetworkadministratortocongurethe
VPNsettings.
4.TouchSave.TheVPNisaddedtotheVPNlist.
5.Touchyourcompany’sVPNfromtheVPNlist.
6.Inthedialogboxthatopens,typetherequestedusernameandpasswordandtouchConnect.
WhenyouareconnectedtoaVPN,anoticationiconisdisplayedonthesystembar,totheleftofthetime.
TodisconnecttheVPN,touchthenoticationiconfromthesystembar.
EditingordeletingaVPN
ToeditordeleteaVPN,dothefollowing:
1.FromtheVPNscreen,touchandholdtheVPNtobringupasubmenu.
2.TouchEditnetworkorDeletenetwork.
Whenconnectedtoyourcompany’snetwork,youcanusesomeoftheapplicationspreinstalledonyour
tablet,suchasDocumentsToGoandCitrixReceiver,touseyourtabletasaproductivitytool.
