To remove the rack latches, complete the following steps:

Step 1. Do one of the following:
• If the rack latches are not assembled with a VGA connector or the front I/O assembly, go to the
next step.
• If the rack latches are assembled with a VGA connector, the front I/O assembly, or both,
complete the following steps:
1. Disconnect the VGA cable
1 , the front-I/O-assembly cable 2 , or both cables from the
system board.
