Danger!
Extremely dangerous voltage at power connections.
l The device must be disconnected from the mains volta ge when it is open.
l Even if the starttec is inhibited (X3/28 = LOW), the connectio ns 1V, 2V, B1 and B2
carry dangerous voltage!
Stop!
l Without keypad, the type 2 starttec can only be set up for ”multi-motor operation”!
l Never try to set up the control mode ”change of directio n of rotation” without a
keypad. The starttec type 2 can be damaged!
Tip!
Potentiometer and switch settings always apply to both motors.
We therefore recommend to use the keypad for ”multi-motor operation” because it is then
possible to individually set every motor.
With Lenze setting (C0006 = -0-), acceleration time (C0012), start voltage (C0016) and rated current
(C0120) can only be set via potentiometer or switch.
