Introduction
1 Introduction
The Leybold range of Residual Gas Analyzers include:
1. LEYSPEC view models
Application: Residual gas analysis and leak test of sputtering system, vacuum
evaporation system, and so forth.
2. LEYSPEC ultra models
Application: R&D, residual gas analysis and leak test of sputtering systems,
vacuum coaters and others.
Features of the range include:
 Small installation space because the control power supply and the analyzer
tube are directly connected to the transducer
 Measurement values shown on the sensor unit
 Leak test and impurity monitoring operated with only two buttons.
 Dedicated PC software for data analysis
 Connection to the PC by Ethernet with up to 16 connections per PC
