12.To terminate gas analysis, click MES again.
13.Click FIL to turn off the analyzer tube filament.
14.Exit the software when measurement is completed.
15.Re-enable Windows Firewall and add an exception for the RGA program. See
Add firewall rules to allow RGA communications on page 88.
6.2 Measurement with the sensor unit (Local mode)
With measurement stopped, set DIP switch 4 to ON.
