Service Contact Check and input the service center phone number that you can call when there is service issue.
Model Information
Check the indoor / outdoor product group and capacity information to which the remote controller is
connected.
Model Check the remote controller model name.
SW Version Check the remote controller software version.
Open Source License View the remote controller’s open source license.
Error history View the connected indoor unit’s error history.
Setup
This function allows you to check and change the installation wizard settings that were set when the
remote controller was initially installed.
Software Update This function updates the software version of the wired remote controller using the OTG port.
