From the “CAL SETTINGS” display, press the Exe-
cute button.
Press the Function button until the display reads
“Standard Type XXX XXX”.
Press the Execute button to choose between “Dry
Gas” and “Wet Bath”.
Press the Function button to move to the next set-
ting or repeatedly until the display reads “Exit”.
Press the Execute button to save the changes and
return to the testing mode.

Calibration Settings
The calibration/cal check lock-out allows you to
prevent usage of your FC20 if it is not calibrated
or cal checked in a specified time period.
Beginning 48 hours before the specified lock-out
time, the unit will display “WARNING CAL EXPIR-
ING”, “WARNING CHECK EXPIRING” or both.
When the time period has elapsed, the unit will
display “CAL EXPIRED”, “CHECK EXPIRED” or both
and not allow testing until it is calibrated/cal
checked.
You can specify time periods up to 999 days be-
tween calibrations or cal checks.
