Sensor Settings Registers
Instrument settings are stored in holding registers (the 40xxx series),
which are mostly read/writable. Not all holding registers are writable.
Table A-3 describes the content of these registers.
MODBUS register map version. Matches the Version
number of this document. Major version digits are
hundreds. Minor version digits are tens and ones. For
Command register. Makes the counter execute a
command. See the description of this register in the table
[bit 0=RUNNING, bit 1=SAMPLING, bit 2=NEW
Firmware version. Major version digits are hundreds.
Minor version digits are tens and ones. For example,
