3.5.2 Load cells connection

in ATEX Zone 1

(Zener barrier)

In case where the weighing system is installed in area with potentially explosive

atmosphere (ATEX Zone 1), it is necessary to connect the load cell through a

barrier.

In case of use of a passive barrier, below is an example of connection with the

Zener barrier mod. Z-SET3-PF and cable CAB-TS6 supply by Logic. The color

code of the CAB-TS6 cable remains to Table 4.

In case of use of an active barrier, below is an example of connection with the

active barrier mod. D1063S and cable CAB-TS6 supply by Logic. The color code

of the CAB-TS6 cable remains to Table 4.
