Table 22. Setting digital filter address through switches
Data weight to 19 bits + sign in engineering units
Weight stability bit. Equal to 1 if the weight is stable, equal to 0 otherwise.
ADC error bit. 1 if the analog digital converter is in fault, 0 otherwise.
State of 1..4 setpoint. Equal to 1 if active setpoint, 0 otherwise.
ADC overflow bit. Equal to 1 if the ADC overflows, 0 otherwise.
Decimal point in binary, convert to decimal (0,1,2,3) to read the value.
Watchdog bit. It commutes with 1Hz frequency, otherwise the board is in fault.
If the instrument is not in the weight display screen, the
watchdog stops to commute purpose to prevent the connected
PLC to start dosing during possible phases of the updating of the
instrument parameters.
Weight stability threshold
Reading weight stability threshold correctly set (default: 0).
The weight stability threshold () is an integer value, positive, 16bit, in
engineering units that provides the DLC

information to set or reset the stable
weight bits.
If the last four averaged samples through the digital filter set by DIP switch
(
) are included in a range defined by the average of the four
values ± the threshold , then:
then the weight stability bit is set to 1.
Values of negative or greater than half of the full scale of
divisions are not accepted by the instrument.
Writing setting stable weight threshold.
Via fieldbus, you can update the weight stability threshold, which obviously
depends on the application. Moving the threshold will change the weight stability
bit behavior.
