Installation of the "Anti-Scalp" Roller (figure 6)
1. Insert the 1/2” x 12 5/16” pin (item 1)
in one front anchor plate hole then
install a bushing (item 2), a 1/2" flat
washer (9/16" hole) (item 3), the
anti-scalp wheel (item 4), a 1/2" flat
washer (9/16" hole) (item 3), a
bushing (item 2) then insert in the
other anchor plate hole.
2. Install a 1/2" flat washer (9/16" hole)
(item 5) on each end of the 1/2" x
12 5/16” pin (item 1) and secure with
a 3/32" x 1 1/4" cotter pin (item 6).
Installation of the Wheels (figure 6A)
1. Raise the mower (item 1) with a
hoisting device.
2. Insert a front wheel assembly (item 2)
in each mower front tube making sure
hole "A" is aligned with the hole of
the tube. Insert the 3/8" x 2 1/4" pin
(item 3) and lock in place with a circle
cotter (item 4).
3. Insert the 1/2" x 3" pin (item 5) in the
smallest tube and lock in place avec
with a 3/16" x 1" pin (item 6) and a
circle cotter (item 4).
4. Insert a rear wheel assembly (item 7)
in each rear tube making sure hole
"A" is aligned with the hole of the
tube. Insert the 3/8" x 2 1/4" pin
(item 3) and lock in place with a circle
cotter (item 4).
