NOTE
To avoid twisting of the wire rope, it must be unrolled. Otherwise, it may bend and knot during unwinding.
Screw the guide pulley and winch to the end wall in the same alignment as the guide line.
The pull rope is threaded through the pulley and connected to the winch.
To x the nozzle line under the round pipe with ø26.7mm (art. no. 030 110 05 01) use the nozzle line clip art. 7470-
00 (alternatively for ø25.4mm: art. 7471-00). The clips are clipped at a distance of max. 1m around the nozzle line
and round pipe. At least 2 holders per 6m nozzle line must be suspended from the ceiling with the suspension line
(art. 4434) (max. distance: 3m).
The plastic ropes are cut to length (length = ceiling height + 20cm). The rst suspension line must be longer (length
= ceiling height + 20cm + distance between the rst two ceiling pulleys). Thread the plastic rope through the ceiling
pulley and hang the ceiling pulley into the eyelet wood screw. The plastic rope is attached to the pull rope 10cm
in front of the ceiling pulley (in pulling direction) with a cable clamp. The rst plastic rope is not attached to the pull
rope in front of the rst ceiling pulley, but is led via the rst ceiling pulley to the next ceiling pulley at the height of the
second ceiling pulley, deected there and connected to the pull rope in front of the second ceiling pulley.
Finally, align the pipe horizontally on the suspension ropes using the clamping screws.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The wall must have sufcient load-bearing capacity, as the entire tensile force is suspended from the
guide pulley and the winch.
