FAULT CAUSE REMEDY
Pump does not reach sufcient
pressure
• Too much slippage of the belt • Tension or replace belt
Excessive heating of the pulleys/
the pump
• The condition of the belt and/or
the pulleys is not okay.
• Tension of the belt
• Motor and pump shaft not
correctly aligned
• Replace belt and/or pulley
• Correct belt tension
• Align motor and pump shaft
parallel, belt pulleys must be in
alignment
FAULT CAUSE REMEDY
Valve does not open • Solenoid of high pressure valve is
too hot
• Solenoid of high-pressure valve
defective
• Voltage too low
• Power supply faulty
• Valve blocked by deposits
• The top of the high-pressure valve
was mounted rotated by 180°
(the relief bore in the housing and
cover must be aligned)
• Ensure adequate ventilation and
ventilation
• Replace solenoid
• Check voltage and increase if
necessary
• Repair electrical system
• Replace or clean valve
• Mount top correctly
Valve does not close while
pump is running
• Seals in the valve worn out
• Valve seat damaged in housing or
top
• Valve installed upside down (arrow
must point in direction of ow)
• Broken spring
• Bores clogged / deposits in valve
• Power supply faulty
