Displays the actual output frequency 12-F multiplied with the factor from
parameter 86-KG, no decimal fractions or physical units being displayed.
(10_G) = (12_F) ∗ (86_KG)
12-F Output frequency [Hz]
Displays the actual output frequency. After error shut-down, the actual
value existing before shut down is saved (Hold-Function).
