1. Take out the vertical tube and inspect it. The vertical tube should have the main cable pre-threaded inside
and the power box attached on the lower portion of the tube. If the main cable or the power box is not
already assembled, please see section 2.6 Troubleshooting.

2. Place the Wheel Base in front of you with the longer legs toward you.

3. Insert the tube into the Wheel Base with the extension knob toward you.

4. Place the split lock washer onto the screw first. Then place the tooth lock washer on as shown in diagram
2.4-4.
