The term ”back-up mode” will be used in this manual to define the situation where main power
is lost in flight. The LX 10k will use its internal backup battery to continue working. All functions
of the LX 10k are operational in backup mode so the pilot can safely navigate back to home or
complete the task.
The unit has the capability of being updated to any later firmware release free of charge.
