GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
• Allow to operate the machine only people with knowledge on its functions, controls, safety standards,
etc.
• Verify the tractor extinguisher installatioin and condition (read and understand its usage instructions).
• Read all the safety, maintenance, etc, instructions indicated on the machine.
• Do not bag any type, state or condition of grain.
• In case of rain:
- Eliminate all the water that could be deposited in the rack and the bag, before continue to work.
- Verify that that the grain hopper and the auger do not have water.
• Close the auger lower gate.
• Verify the tires pressure: 350 kPa (3.3 bar - 50 lb/pulg
2
) for 7.00 x 15 - 8 ply.
• Verify the correct bag installation and position.
• Start up the PTO at low RPM and watch the machine functioning on empty run (PTO shaft without vibra-
tion, auger, etc)
• Complete the revision with the PTO at full RPM regime for 1 or 2 minutes.
PUTTING OUT OF SERVICE
STORAGE
• Clean properly all the unit (do not clean with pressure water the bearings).
• Retire the remaining bag from the tunnel, if it exists.
• Control and adjust all thje bolts and nuts.
• Lubricate all the machine.
• Verify the state of the stickers, if they are dammaged, replace them.
• Release pressure from the hydraulic and brake system.
• Repair or change all the deteriorated or worn down elements. Use original spare parts.
• Paint all the sites where the original painting has worn down.
• Do not paint stickers, chrome plated parts, etc.
• Apply a thin grase layer to all the adjust threads.
• It is adviced, when not using for long periods, store the Baggher under roof, in a dry and clean place.
• Eliminate all the water or grains deposited in the rack.
• The grain bin ow shear must remain open.
• The auger lower inspection opening must be open.
POST STORAGE
Before starting a new season:
• Clean all the dust or that.
• Verify the lubrication according to the plan indicated in this manual.
• Verify the tires pressure.
• Control the hydraulic and brake circuit right functioning.
• Check the functioning to be smototh and without interferences.
• Control the brake liquid level in the deposit.
• Verify that the disk brakes are rust free.
